After a bad experience of incompetence at a local Ford dealer, I wrote a 1/2 pg. trying to explain an issue that stopped the truck dead in it's tracks from time to time, I typed up the explanation to accompany a 75k mile service. A couple of thousands later the truck still had the same problem, finally not even starting. Closest service was at Tune Tech, 1/8 mi away, easy tow. The identified the problem...wait for it...which was listed on the trouble shooting list for F150s of my vintage. Fixed in 2 hrs. via factory instructions. Fuse issue. Won't take any of my cars anywhere else now. Last service, SL500 A/C charged, F150 going in for some troubleshooting on trans or timing chain. Bottom line...I trust them and they fix things first go around.

I had my truck at another reputable shop for 2 days, they couldn't figure out what was wrong. Tune tech had it diagnosed and fixed within a couple hours. Kelly was very professional and honest and friendly. Price was fair. Very good experience. Definitely recommend them.
