Wow. I went in because I had mice that had been living in my car. Disgusting, I know. Once we dealt with the mice situation in our garage, there was still a smell in my car. Also disgusting. I brought it in to see if they could help me find a mouse body as I was certain there was with that smell. Ed was very upfront about what I was asking him to do would cost. He offered alternatives to see if we could solve the issue without draining my pocketbook. He talked with my husband over the phone about where the most strategic places to check may be. In the end, after their technician did a pretty thorough search, it was determined I probably just needed a detail to get rid of the smell. Yes, still disgusting. They charged me a minimal fee and earned my trust and business for life. I will recommend them to everyone I know who needs service on their car and wants to support people who are fair, honest, and giving. My husbands car needs an oil change and brakes replacement and we know where we will be going.
