I was given a completely wrong assessment of my fluid leak by another shop. Luckily I took it to Plantation Tune Tech and they correctly diagnosed the problem and the quote was half the price I was expecting from the other shop's quote. The work was done in record time and I was informed about the quote and the progress along the way, so no surprises. Great people behind the counter as well. Highly HIGHLY Recommend!

same old same old................just good service and performed when promised

I very much appreciated the personal contact-it helped me feel I was in good hands. When I had the car towed in, I communicated that the problem appeared to be a bad alternator. It turned out that I had an intermittently failing alternator, so that when I first brought it in, the battery was replaced and the alternator tested as charging appropriately. However, two hours on the road towards Portland in the hills west of Ontario, the same old issue occurred. With phone support from Tune Tech I got myself and car back to the shop. The alternator was replaced, and now I’m gratefully back in Portland! My only complaint is that the alternator replacement job was $100 more than I would have paid here in Portland - small stuff I guess for getting home safe and sound.

Most honest mechanics and charge fairest and best prices of any place I've taken my car. They are upfront with their estimates, too. They also tell you if your car is not ready to be serviced yet, and didn't charge me to check a dasboard light that was on. All in all, great service!
