Boise Auto Repair

Spring is here and as the weather warms up, people will be turning on their air conditioner. An air conditioner works very hard and needs occasional maintenance.

If your car air conditioner needs help, here are some warning signs.

• The air is cold, but then becomes warm. The air may stay warm, or then cool down and warm up again in a cycle, without you adjusting anything.
• There are strange odors. Some mustiness is normal after months of not being used but if the odors last more than a few minutes, you have a problem
• Any unusual sounds like grinding, fluttering or buzzing. A correctly-working auto AC should make an even whooshing sound that gets louder only when you boost the fan.

Is your vehicle's air conditioner not performing as well as it should be? If so, you should take advantage of our limited time air conditioning special: $15 off an air conditioning system check. This offer expires May 31, 2014. Take advantage of this limited time air conditioning special available for most vehicles.
